SilverSneakers 30th Anniversary

Stronger, Healthier, Better

So much can happen in 30 years. At SilverSneakers, we’ve gotten better with age, focused on helping members get stronger, healthier and more connected. Today, SilverSneakers is a national program serving seniors in all 50 states with a network of up to 22,000 fitness locations and live with instructor and on-demand virtual content.

We are proud to have three decades of experience understanding the needs of older adults, dynamic fitness trends and the ever-changing healthcare industry. But much like the amazing SilverSneakers members we serve, we learn something new every day and apply that knowledge to ensure that we are the fitness brand seniors ask for by name. We hope you’ll join us in celebrating our members, clients, partners and colleagues over the next several months. Read on to learn more, and continue to check back for challenges, member stories and opportunities to celebrate with us.

We’ve experienced some momentous  changes over the past 30 years, but one thing that hasn’t changed is our commitment and expertise in delivering best-in-class experiences to help members improve their health.

Check out our timeline for some of the SilverSneakers milestones that have enabled us to get better with age.
